「焦糖哥哥」商標爭議案及法律人評論之整理
近日，「焦糖哥哥」的商標爭議案相當受矚目，起因為Momo親子台因擁有「焦糖哥哥」的註冊商標，故而向陳嘉行發出存證信函，要求其不得繼續使用「焦糖哥哥」，否則將以其侵害商標權為理由，提出刑事告訴。此事件，除了當事人雙方發出許多聲明之外，一些法律人也相繼做出評論，以下就為大家將相關資訊作一整理。

of course like your website however you have to check the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling problems and I in finding it very troublesome to inform the truth nevertheless I will definitely come back again.
