網購貨物應注意是否買到仿冒品，以免觸犯商標法
高雄關表示，海關查獲仿冒品並裁罰案件有增加趨勢。由於網路購物便利，消費者購買網路上販售商品時，未先確認商品之商標是否經合法授權，以致購買到仿冒品。
該關進一步說明，海關於查驗進口貨物時，若來貨疑似有侵害商標權時，會依據海關執行商標權益保護措施實施辦法規定，由商標權人確認來貨是否侵害已註冊之商標，若認定侵害商標權，海關將移請司法機關偵辦，並依偵辦結果進行刑事程序或行政裁罰。
高雄關提醒，消費者進口貨物常見之仿冒物品，多為名牌精品之手錶、袋子、服飾，或3C電子及電機零件等商品，種類繁多，消費者於網路購買商品前，應確認該商品之商標是否經合法授權，避免誤觸法網，得不償失。
