智慧局數位服務再升級，專利及商標電子證書服務將自2023年開跑

為使智慧財產權數位服務更完整及接軌國際趨勢，智慧局預計於112年1月起開放外界申請專利及商標電子證書，透過無紙化方式提升證書取得及保存之便利性，讓權利人能更便於攜帶與展示，同時減少紙張印製與寄送成本，亦有助於節能減碳之永續發展目標。

考量使用便利性，新制將不強制全面發放電子證書，由申請人於請領專利證書或繳納商標註冊費時擇一領取電子或紙本證書，且因應權利人可能仍有紙本形式之證明文件需求，凡選擇領取電子證書者，可視需要另行申請核發紙本副本。

申請人於接獲智慧局核發證書通知公文後，即可透過指定網址及驗證碼於六個月內下載電子證書，或利用電子申請系統（E-SET）之電子送達服務取得，後續申請人亦可使用電子憑證於e網通我的案件服務線上查閱電子證書。

智慧局所發行之電子證書採用易於流通之PDF檔案格式，鑒於專利及商標證書係申請人表彰其權利之象徵，須具有防偽機制設計，將搭配憑證進行數位簽章並於證書上提供QRcode，使用時如有真偽及內容正確性驗證需求，只需至智慧局系統上傳證書電子檔或掃描證書上之QRcode，即可快速檢驗證書之有效性並取得最新權利狀態。
